Cancellation & Refund Policy

The AI Social Membership is a digital membership billed at £9.99 per month for founding members. Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised payment provider and merchant of record. From November, new memberships will be £14.99 per month.

You have 14 days from the day after your initial purchase to cancel your membership and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, contact Paddle or The AI Social before the 14-day period expires. If you cancel within this period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay.

You can cancel future renewals at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email. Your benefits will remain available until the end of your current paid billing period.
