The AI Social Membership is a digital membership billed at £9.99 per month for founding members. Membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.

Membership benefits include access to selected recorded guest-speaker sessions and members only online content, members-only online events and learning resources, early access and priority booking for selected events, and member discounts on selected workshops, courses and learning experiences.

You can cancel your membership at any time using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Our Refund Policy is available here.

Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms as well as these terms.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We may change the membership price from time to time, but we will notify you in advance and any change will take effect at your next billing date.

Some courses, workshops and events may have additional booking terms, which will be displayed on the relevant booking page before purchase.

We may make reasonable changes to event format, speakers, dates, venues or content where necessary. If we cancel a paid course, workshop or event and cannot offer a suitable alternative, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.

All content provided through the website, membership and events is owned by or licensed to The AI Social. Members must not copy, share, record, sell, distribute or otherwise use this content without our permission.

You may use content for your own personal, non-commercial learning while you are an active member.

The AI Social provides learning, community and networking opportunities. We do not provide legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Any information shared at events or in content is for general educational purposes only.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Isle of Man.
